Expressions of Interest

This method of sale essentially is a hybrid of the auction and private sale processes, and is a little bit similar to a sale by tender process. The key difference is that it allows us to negotiate with parties throughout the marketing campaign. We’ll run an Expressions of Interest campaign typically for about five weeks that concludes with a specified closing date for the submission of offers from buyers. This process is especially popular with those vendors who demand higher levels of control, privacy and discretion, and we have concluded many sales using this process.
